Kenect is Akara Partners' live-work brand: compact, well-designed private apartments with optional furnishing, hospitality-style service and resident events. It already runs buildings in Chicago, Nashville and Phoenix.

The Miami tower rises 39 stories inside Miami Worldcenter, with 450 residences, 20,000 square feet of coworking and 10,000 square feet of shops and restaurants. Perkins&Will designed it so your office, gym and apartment share an elevator bank.
